Mark made time at very short notice to fix some gas pipework during a kitchen fit. Friendly, very knowledgeable and turned up earlier than agreed (with a call 1 h before) as he knew we were in a rush.
Competitive prices at the middle of market rates with honesty and a smile and fast work on site, with a proper bill and gas safely certificate on completion of very tidy work. Comprehensive plumbing and gas knowledge acccross the board. Will use again.

I had a bit of a complicated issue and called around several contractors, who either said they couldnt help, or simply did not respond. Then I came across MS Plumbing & Heating. Mark responded straight away, attended quickly and resolved the issue at a reasonable price. He explained everything clearly, provided photos and was friendly and polite. I would use him again without a doubt and highly recommend.

We used MS Plumbing and Heating to install a new gas boiler and a higher capacity hot water tank. Service was excellent from start to finish. Mark was great to deal with and went out of his way to ensure that everything was done professionally to our complete satisfaction.

I would thoroughly recommend Mark for any plumbing and heating work.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The engineer arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the boiler installation efficiently and neatly. They left the area clean and took the time to show me how everything works.

The new boiler runs quietly and heats up quickly — I’m really pleased with the result and would definitely recommend.

Mark at M S Plumbing & Heating recently installed our new boiler and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From the first visit through to completion, he kept us fully up to date with everything that was happening and explained the work clearly in a way we could understand.

He was extremely polite, professional, and respectful of our home throughout the installation. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day, which we really appreciated. The quality of workmanship was excellent and the whole job was completed smoothly and on time.

We would highly recommend M S Plumbing & Heating to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy Gas Safe engineer in Yorkshire.

They arrived on time, worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and took the time to explain how everything works. It’s great to find someone reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly who genuinely takes pride in their work. Highly recommended!
